Self Evaluation

Self Evaluation

As a body of staff we are committed to continually improving the quality of our setting.

We have weekly planning meetings to provide a wealth of learning opportunities for our children and monthly staff meetings to evaluate the environment and the curriculum, plan staff professional development and set in action plans to achieve this.

We recently completed a Self Evaluation form provided by Ofsted to help with our commitment to improving our setting. A copy can be found in the foyer, please feel free to borrow or read on the premises.

We use staff supervisions regularly to identify any training needs, these are carried out my our manager and suitable courses are sought out to meet each staff members training needs.
